Kann ich dir auch nur empfehlen mal auszuprobieren. Mache es nicht zu lange und taste dich vorsichtig ran. Dann kannst ja entscheiden, ob du mal 2 Tage gar nicht spritzen willst und 2 Wochen es nur überhaupt sehr schwer geht.
Einen der Ringe sollte man aufschneiden und quer unter alle legen, dann verletzte man sich nicht beim aufschneiden/aufzwicken.

In this case yes. The older I got the easier I got bruises. Here I put on the rings very accurate, meaning that in between the lower 3 rings are two gaps, that turned out later as the bruised areas. In the video they look like a very white ring of skin. And of course, where I cut myself with the blade. But this was not visible afterwards.
I think my skin earlier was much more beautiful, I think I have several marks from uncutting rings and the pressure of banding. But it is hard to say as we all turn older anyways.
